*To qualify for this incentive, deals must be referred by April 15, 2024 and close by April 30, 2024. Referral program payout will be paid at 5% of the total contract value, up to $10K. Payment will be calculated based on customer’s first invoice.
Deal must be registered from November 18, 2024 by January 31, 2024 to qualify.
SPIFF is subject toapproval by HYCU Sales Management. Limit of one transaction per customer. Thecustomer must be a new customer to HYCU. Please allow up to 30 days forprocessing after transaction has been invoiced by HYCU. HYCU reserves the rightto cancel or modify this program. HYCU is entitled to (a) cancel or suspend anyGift Card or payout and (b) to be refunded for any executed pay out or providedGift Card that has been the result of your fraudulent activity, breach of theseTerms or misrepresentation or false data provision from your side.
By registering the eligible deal as per this program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and you hereby confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are not prohibited, under your employee contract or any other contractual arrangement to promote and receive compensation for promotion and sales of HYCU products under the HYCU incentive program. Payment may be subject to taxes, participants in the United States required to fill out a W-9.
If during the period ofpromotion, circumstances change and you become aware that you are prohibited from participating or receiving a promotion, you will inform HYCU without delayas to the nature of specific changes in order to stop said promotion.
