Latest Partner Initiative Supports Broader Adoption for HYCU Data Protection for Nutanix.
BOSTON, July 24, 2018 – HYCU, Inc., a pioneering enterprise software company specializing in data backup, recovery and monitoring for hyper-converged infrastructures (HCI), today announced an enhanced and new partner program designed to reward channel partners for driving adoption of HYCU Data Protection for Nutanix. Partners succeed by selling solutions their customers need with partner commitments and levels of engagement that best align with their overall business goals. The program is designed to drive predictable and profitable revenue and margin opportunities for partners and to leverage a streamlined Deal Registration Program, enabling resources and Partner Portal to support this.
“Across the organization we are 100% focused on our channel partners and committed to their success,” said Junelle Swan, VP Channels at HYCU. “Based on feedback from our channel partner community, we’ve created a simple and financially rewarding channel partner program that aligns with our partners’ needs and will enable them to be more profitable selling our portfolio.
”The changes to the HYCU partner program are designed to work more closely with partners to acquire new customers and drive account penetration with HYCU Data Protection and IT Monitoring for Nutanix. To support the new program, HYCU will work with partners to focus on HYCU’s new and established partner and industry sector sales accounts and the newly expanded public sector customers.
“Channel partners focused on the IT business needs of small to large enterprises are always on the lookout for data protection technology solutions that are secure, simple to manage and work seamlessly within a hyper-converged infrastructure,” said Scott Zahl, Executive Director, Global Partner Engagement, Ingram Micro Inc. “With a growing data protection portfolio, HYCU is investing in the success of its channel partners and working in conjunction with Ingram Micro to build and accelerate its success within the channel.
”Under Swan’s leadership, the HYCU partner program will be focused on maintaining and strategically growing the existing global partner community. The new program will deliver a new partner experience that will include a new partner portal, co-branded marketing tools and campaign support along with a simplified deal registration process.
The HYCU partner program was built with simplicity in mind. The program simplifies how partners participate, achieve designation levels and maintain and grow their program status. The program was designed to recognize and reward a partner’s commitment and investment to HYCU with commensurate benefits and opportunities.
“The top channel partners are always in search of new ways to expand their portfolio to leverage new technologies and simplify system management; and HYCU is addressing this head-on with its new, partner-focused program,” said Steven Hill, Senior Analyst, Storage Technologies at 451 Research. “The goals of this new HYCU Partner Program are to help their partners meet these new technology challenges, as well as provide a flexible path to grow their business and become stronger; both operationally and financially.
