What HYCUers Have to Say on #Employee Appreciation Day

There are more than 1,000 milestone days each year. And, while there are many that are important, today is one that we should all rally around.

Today is Employee Appreciation Day.

The first Friday of each March, today is a day to give thanks and recognition to all the employees who make their places of employment special.

As our Founder and CEO Simon Taylor said so well,

Building a company that has lasting impact requires three steps.

1) You have to solve a real problem that matters to customers.

2) You have to execute on the development of a solution to that problem.

3) You have to get it in the hands of everyone who needs it.

The problem is that YOU can’t do any of that by yourself. The most important piece for building any company, is the people. You do this by building together to achieve something that will last. Without great people and a culture to support them, the best ideas in the world will never see the light of day. So today, on #employeeappreciationday, I want to take a moment to thank the incredible people of HYCU. Folks who are willing to make the impossible possible, and who have blessed our company with their intelligence, their drive, their focus and their courage. Thank you for being here on this journey with me. Thank you for making HYCU a reality. And, thank you for all of the blood, sweat and tears that you put into protecting people from harm across the world.
