When you’re hot, you’re hot. And, while the summer in many countries may not be as hot as prior years, HYCU’s not just on fire but continuing our winning ways. This week we announced our latest prestigious honor following on last week’s celebration at the Boston Park Plaza where HYCU was named a Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal.

The HYCU Team Celebrating their Best Place to Work Win at the Annual BBJ Celebration

What makes this honor special, in particular, is that it’s based on a Quantum Workplace survey of our employees. Employees were asked to rate HYCU’s work environment across a number of key categories including work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits. Based on our employee survey responses, HYCU garnered a 97.78 rating out of 100.

Our Founder and CEO Simon Taylor summed it up best, “All of us at HYCU are incredibly proud to be a BBJ Best Places to Work winner. My personal thanks to every HYCU employee worldwide who contribute to our continued success and culture. It’s a privilege to receive this award for the work all of us do at HYCU to make the company a great place to work and speaks to our core values of authenticity, grit and empathy. Special thanks to the executive leadership team and our Chief People Officer, Tanja Peric, and our outstanding HR team for their leadership and drive to create a meaningful and lasting corporate culture. And, a special thank you to the BBJ and team for their work to recognize the best of the best in Boston-based business. The event was truly memorable and great to see people in person celebrating again.”

This follows on the recent news about our $53M Series B funding where original Venture Capital investors Acrew Capital and Bain Capital Ventures were joined by new strategic investment from Atlassian Ventures and Cisco Investments.

We’re not even at the half-way point of the year, and it just keeps getting better and better. To date this year, HYCU has reeled in more than 18 significant awards and industry accolades which leaves us repeating our favorite expression, “It never gets old winning awards.”

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating at the BBJ ceremony, and most importantly, to our employees, customers and partners. They all significantly contribute to why HYCU is not just a “Best Place” to Work but a “Great Place” to Work. We’re hiring, so if you want to be a significant player on #TeamPurple, make sure to check out our open positions.
