While 2020 can best be summed up as extraordinary in many ways with an equal number of opportunities and challenges, the one constant at HYCU is we continue to gain industry-wide recognition and win awards. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, Winning Awards Never Gets Old.

This week alone, HYCU and our team was recognized by The Channel Company and CRN as a CRN Emerging Vendor, CRN Rising Female Star and one of The 10 New Coolest Data Protection/Management Software Applications Of 2020 (So Far). And, as HYCU is 100% focused on partners for Go-To-Market, the recognition by arguably the leading voice for the resell channel within North America, truly is an honor.

As our CEO Simon Taylor noted, “In spite of the challenges many are facing in light of recent events, 2020 continues to be a strong year for HYCU. We knew when we introduced the first of our multi-cloud data protection, migration, and disaster recovery solutions that there was significant interest in handling backup and recovery, migration, and disaster recovery for both on-premises and public cloud IT environments in a different way. As we are 100% committed to providing our channel partners with the solutions they need for their customers as well as provide a financially rewarding engagement model, this latest award reinforces that what we are doing is making a difference. None of this would be possible without our outstanding team of engineers, support, and channel marketing executives that work tirelessly to provide our resell and distribution partners with the programs and resources they need. To the editors at The Channel Company, we can’t say thank you enough for this recognition.”

But that wasn’t all. As Tess Hanna at Solutions Review and Chris Mellor at Blocks and Files noted, this week Gartner unveiled its latest Data Center Backup and Recovery Solutions Magic Quadrant. And, as both Tess and Chris mentioned, HYCU was called out with an Honorable Mention. We are thrilled to be called out by Gartner for the first time. While our company is young, our amazing engineers have delivered a compelling platform of native services that customers continue to share comments like the following:

“Any CIO in healthcare looking to transform the patient experience in this new normal, you have to look at HYCU.” Isaiah Nathaniel, CIO, Delaware Valley Community Health

“I could see that backing up to Google Cloud Platform with HYCU would be significantly less expensive than what we were paying our existing cloud backup vendor.” Wayne Jenks, Director of IT, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary

“With HYCU, we have seen a significant time savings for backup management, together with excellent performance and scalability. The ROI was timely and definitely very positive.” Simone Ferrigno, IT Manager, Nencini Sport

While the industry recognition by so many is truly exciting, as are the powerful statements by so many customers, it is the work our customer success team does to support our customers that has led to a Net Promoter Score of 91 that is equally impressive. For all of us at HYCU, we feel the best is yet to come. But, we can’t thank those of you who have put your trust in us to protect, manage, migrate and recover your applications, data, databases, mission critical workloads and VMs to date. Stay tuned, there is much more to come!
